Eating Disorders Support Group
A support group for adults (ages 18 and older, all genders). This virtual group will provide a space for anyone who would like to work on Eating Disorder Recovery, body acceptance, or body neutrality. This group is supportive, educational, and interpersonal in nature.
Cost is $20 per session

Cycle Breakers: A Group for Mothers
This virtual therapy group is for adult mothers (ages 18 and older) who would like to work on healing their relationship with food and their bodies. The group will be supportive and interpersonal in nature. Education will be sprinkled throughout, as well as focus topics each week.
